By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Each account belongs to one individual. You may not share your login credentials with others; team access is provided through the Members feature.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
• Engage in abuse, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Our IP: the Service, its source code, design, and branding are owned by [YOUR_COMPANY] and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your data: you retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the Service.

By you: you may delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion triggers our data retention and erasure process under the Privacy Policy.

By us: we may suspend or terminate your access with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR_COMPANY_LOCATION], Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights.
